Finally back to update again on the belated Taiwan Trip, now shall continue to update on Day 3. My last Taiwan trip updates was during January and I thought I would update real soon, didn’t expect that I would dragged till now. I think basically was caused busy with the last UTs and that would be the end for my 3 years of Poly Life. Time passed so fast, and soon would graduate from Poly already… Ok enough of it, shall start on Day 3 now =p
Day 3 – 30.12.09
Started the day visiting 愛河, I think that maybe visiting that during night time would be nicer, but caused yesterday there wasn’t enough time so got to push back to the next day.
I forget what’s the name of the Dragon thingy, but is like some of the 吉祥物 for them. After that headed to 美濃客家村 its a Hakka Village, actually quite boring there but I managed to find the drinks that I haven drank for long, its the 彈珠汽水last time SG used to have it but cant find it already and they also have the glass bottle kind of Sprite! So retro!
After lunch headed to visit some fruit stores, its quite spacious there and there are quite alot of variety of fruits. The Gigantic Strawberry is damned sweet, and also the soursop is different from what we had here.
Moved on to 貓鼻頭岩岸公園 to see some scenery, there’s alot of Ah Thiongs there so cant really took much photos there =.=
Long bus journey again, next destination was to move on to 知本（台東）, would be staying at 知本老爺大酒店 where there would be 溫泉 facilities there so we went to the hotel around 5+ caused can go 泡溫泉 both in the public area or private area, which was in our room itself =p
Loved the hotel itself, caused is very nice and they have this Thomas and Friends Theme which makes it even nicer. Though Im not a fan of it, and the hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Settled down then changed and proceed to the Hot Spring, they have different types of pools, Green Tea, Rose, and many others. It’s my first time going to Hot Spring and it’s actually quite comfortable and relaxed! After that proceed to have dinner in the hotel itself and was invited by the 原住民 performers to watch the performance in the hotel.
